Girl look at that body… La Receta: Plum Cake
Ingredientes:

  • 3 huevos
  • 250 gramos de azúcar
  • 325 gramos de harina
  • 1 sobre de levadura
  • 1 yogur
  • 125 ml de aceite
  • 150 gramos de zanahoria rallada
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 pizca de sal (3 gramos)

Elaboración

  1. Comenzamos batiendo los huevos.
  2. Agregamos el azúcar, el aceite y seguimos batiendo. Finalizamos este paso agregando el yogur y mezclando
  3. Ahora la harina, la levadura y la sal. Mezclamos bien hasta que se integre todo
  4. Seguimos con la zanahoria y la canela
  5. Cuando tengamos ya todo mezclado lo dejamos reposar 5 minutos mientras engrasamos el molde con mantequilla y harina. Esto lo haremos para que la levadura comience a hacer efecto, como podemos ver salen unas burbujitas en la masa.
  6. Ponemos la mezcla del plumcake en el molde y lo introducimos 45 minutos a 180º en el horno. Antes de sacarlo tenemos que comprobar que esta hecho por dentro con un palillo, si sale seco está listo. Si sale húmedo lo dejaremos unos minutos más porque cada horno es diferente
