Very innotative and ambitious like us

We chose to make a cake like this because it is very innovative and ambitious and we are so innovative and ambitious people. We chose to make this character because it is from Brawl Stars and we like that game so much.

by Leo Carrera Vayas and Nico Arce Bohigas, 2º Secundaria

Egg Pam Cake

Ingredients

  • 340 gr of flour
  • 340 gr of sugar
  • 1 pack and a half of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A bit of oil
  • 9 eggs
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 80 gr of inflated rice
  • 100 gr of marshmallows
  • Fondant (blue, white, red and yellow)
  • Melted chocolate

Elaboration

  1. First, divide the yolks and the white of all the eggs.
  2. In another bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar until they are fully mixed.
  3. After that, add vanilla extract and the flour.
  4. In the other bowl, we mix the whites with the salt until they are at snow point.
  5. We mix the two bowls until all is fully mixed.
  6. We put some oil in the mold to don’t let the cake stick to the mold.
  7. We bake in a precalented oven at 180º C for 45 minutes more or less.
  8. While the cake is in the oven, put some oil in the pan and add the marshmallows until they are melted.
  9. Add the inflated rice to the mixture.
  10. Take out of the pan and make the form you need (in this case, shoes and some cylinders for the hair).
  11. Add red fondant to the hair, and mix blue fondant with chocolate so it’s darker and add that mixture to the shoes.
  12. After the cake is done, cut it in 6 pieces, and put 3 in a tower, and you can save the other 3 for whatever you want.
  13. Sculpt the tower until it has egg form.
  14. Mix white fondant with a little bit of yellow and use it to cover the cake.
  15. Use white to make the eyes and chocolate for the pupils.
  16. Use toothpicks to join the hair and the boots to the body.
  17. Last but no least, you can eat it
