- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, diced into small cubes
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon into a large bowl.
2. Using a fork, mash the avocados until you get a smooth consistency with some chunks.
3. Add the diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, lime juice, and fresh cilantro to the bowl with the mashed avocados.
