I have chosen Frixuelos because I like them very much. They are Delicious!

Frixuelos asturianos

- 4 Eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 500ml of milk
- 375g of flour
Elaboration
- Put in a bowl the 4 eggs, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- After put the ingredients stir it with a blender.
- Add the 500ml of milk and the 375g of flour, and keep stirring it.
- Leave the mix in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Put a drop of oil in the pan, and make the Frixuelos with the mixture.
- Add them melted chocolate and 2 teaspoons of sugar. And now they´re ready to eat.
