Frixuelos, they are delicious!!

I have chosen Frixuelos because I like them very much. They are Delicious!

Frixuelos asturianos

  • 4 Eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar
  • 500ml of milk
  • 375g of flour

Elaboration

  1. Put in a bowl the 4 eggs, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  2. After put the ingredients stir it with a blender.
  3. Add the 500ml of milk and the 375g of flour, and keep stirring it.
  4. Leave the mix in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Put a drop of oil in the pan, and make the Frixuelos with the mixture.
  6. Add them melted chocolate and 2 teaspoons of sugar. And now they´re ready to eat.
