Bizcocho tradicional rico-rico de yogurt
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 natural yogurt
- 3 glasees of flour
- 1 glass of oil
- 2 glasees of sugar
- yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter
Elaboration
- We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, the three eggs, the flour, the sugar and mix everything.
- Once mixed, add the glass of oil, the pinch of salt and the yeast and continue mixing.
- We spread the butter in the cake pan and add the mixture and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
