Hello my name is Alba. Today I am going to talk about sponge cake. Espero que os haya gustado. Lo he elegido porque me gusta y es una receta que suelo hacer por eso lo he elegido.

Sponge Cake



Ingredients
- Four eggs.
- Two glasses of sugar.
- Three glasses of flour.
- One glasses of oil.
- Two yoghurt of lemon
- One over of leavening
- One glasses of milk.
Elaboration
- You have to beat the eggs and the sugar. In the next step, you have to mix the oil with the yoghurts and the leavening.
- Then, you have to beat all the ingredients to mix them.
- When you have the mixture you have to put in the mould and you have to put in the oven during one hundred and ten minutes fifty degrees.
