I have chosen this recipe because it is the first one my mom taught me.
My mother found this recipe in Thermomix and adapted it for celiac people.

Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 30 grams of flour.
- 50grams of cocoa.
- 150 grams of sugar.
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 2 yogurts
- 80 grams of oil
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams of milk
- 80 grams of chocolate chips.
Elaboration
- Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, yeast and salt and reserve.
- Mix the eggs, yogurts, oil and milk add the reserved mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips on top
- Bak for 25 minutes.
