The song I’ve chosen is Cheek to Cheek by Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga. The recipe is so delicious that I think «I’m in heaven». Besides that I also chose it because it’s one of my favourites from the album. HOPE YOU LIKE IT 😉

La Canción: Cheek to Cheek by Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga
Heaven
I’m in heaven
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
And I seem to find the happiness I seek
When we’re out together dancing cheek to cheek
Heaven
I’m in heaven
And the cares that hung around me through the week
Seem to vanish like a gamblers lucky streak
When we’re out together dancing cheek to cheek
Oh, I love to climb a mountain
And to reach the highest peak (me too)
But it doesn’t thrill me half as much as dancing cheek to cheek
Oh, I love to go out fishing
In a river, or a creek
But I don’t enjoy it half as much as dancing cheek to cheek
Dance with me
I want my arm about you
That charm about you will carry me through to…
Heaven (heaven)
Yes I’m in heaven (I’m in heaven)
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
And I seem to find that happiness I seek
When we’re out together dancing cheek to cheek
Dance with me
I want my arm about you
That charm about you will carry me through to…
Heaven
I’m in heaven
And my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
And I seem to find that happiness I seek
Oh baby when we’re out together dancing
Out together dancing
Out together dancing cheek to cheek
La receta: PASTRY with CHEESE AND MANGO
Ingredient:
- 250 gr philadelphia Cheese
- 50 ml. milk
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 mango
- 100 gr sugar
- 3 sheets neutral jelly
- 1 egg
Elaboration:
1. First thing you have to do is hydrate the sheets of jelly in a bowl with cold water. Then, put in a pot the milk and the sugar, and mix it until the sugar is completely disolved. Take it of the heat and mix it with the jelly sheets.
2. Wait until it’s warm and add the Philadelphia cheese, and mix it with a manual mixer or rods. Put the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. Meanwhile, cut the sheet of puf pastry in little circles with a mould. Scramble the egg in another bowl and paint the circles with a cooking brush.
3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC, and once it’s prepared, bake the circles for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the mango in thin slices and put the mixture of the milk, sugar and philadelphia cheese in a pastry bag.
4. Cut every pastry half way horizontally and, with the pastry bag, pour the Philadelphia mixture on the bottom half of each pastry. Put two mango slices on top of this and close it up with the other half pastry.
