Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 600 g milk
- 250 g gluten free flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 pich of salt
Method
- Melt the butter
- Add the milk, flour, eggs and salt
- Mix
- Heat a pan and cook the crepes for 2 minutes on each side
