Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 g salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • lemon zest
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 60 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 10 g yeast

Elaboration

  • 1. Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar with a mixer.
  • 2 . Add the lemon zest.
  • 3 . Add the melted butter, sunflower oil, and milk; beat until well combined.
  • 4 . Add the flour and baking powder, let the batter rest for one hour, then pour it into molds and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius, then 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
