Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 g salt
- 150 g sugar
- lemon zest
- 100 g melted butter
- 80 ml sunflower oil
- 60 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 10 g yeast
Elaboration
- 1. Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar with a mixer.
- 2 . Add the lemon zest.
- 3 . Add the melted butter, sunflower oil, and milk; beat until well combined.
- 4 . Add the flour and baking powder, let the batter rest for one hour, then pour it into molds and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius, then 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
