This is a japanese recipe that I find some years ago and I am still haven´t cooked.When I go to my aunt’s house at the weekend, she like teaching us how to cook and we are thinking about prepare this recipe very soon.

Chicken stuffed with egg

Ingredients (4 People):
- 4 Chicken wings
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 30g of breadcrumbs
- 10ml of milk
- 500g of minces chicken
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Build a flower with the wing.
- Use the scissors to remove the meat from the bone. Turn the meat over and place it at one end of the bone.
- Soak the breadcrumbs in milk. Add the minces chicken, the salt and the pepper.
- Mix it all together.
- Put the boiled egg wrapped in the meat attached to the bone.
- Coat the wing meat to the mixture.
- Brush the wings with oil and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C
