Classic Salted Popcorn and Cinema

Ingredients (2- 3 serving)
- 80 gr popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons oil (light olive sunflower oil)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 table spoon butter (Optional)
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add 3 kernels and cover. When they pop, the oil is ready.
- Add the rest of the kernels and cover the pot.
- Gently shake the pot from time to time to prevent burning.
- When the popping slows down (about 2–3 seconds between pops), remove from heat.
- Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- Add salt to taste and, if desired, drizzle with melted butter.
- Enjoy
