I come up with this recipe because I saw it in a video and wanted to try it. The first time I made it was at my grandparents’ house one afternoon. It didn’t turn out well, but I improved my technique, and now I make a delicious and perfect cheesecake.

Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 900g cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 400g heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 250g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
- First, in a bowl, put the 900g of cream cheese. Then add the 5 eggs and mix everything until well combined. Next, add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the mixture into a cheesecake pan and bake at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes.
