Making the recipe, result a Delicious and Perfect Cheesecake

I come up with this recipe because I saw it in a video and wanted to try it. The first time I made it was at my grandparents’ house one afternoon. It didn’t turn out well, but I improved my technique, and now I make a delicious and perfect cheesecake.

Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 900g cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 400g heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. First, in a bowl, put the 900g of cream cheese. Then add the 5 eggs and mix everything until well combined. Next, add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and sugar.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the mixture into a cheesecake pan and bake at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes.
