My proposal is to make a potato omelette, and I am going to explain why I relate it to my favorite hobby.
I play basketball, and two years ago I had a coach who, when we were called for a technical foul during games, made us bring a potato omelette to the next practice to share with the rest of the team and apologize to them.
Next, I describe how to make a potato omelette or Spanish omelette.
