Chocolate cake is my favourite recipe related with a hobby which is playing videogames. So, when I do a break a chocolate cake is the best option to have a snack with a glass of fresh milk.
Also, I do this recipe with my grandmother when I have time in her house and it`s delicious.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 170g of 70% Dark Chocolate for Desserts
- 1 Nestlé Natural Yogurt
- 185g flour
- 3 eggs
- 175g sugar
- 150g butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add this mixture to the butter and sugar mixture and beat until just combined.
- Add the melted chocolate and yogurt. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a 22cm pan lined with parchment paper.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and bake for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn out of the pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
