I have very fond memories of this dessert: my best friend’s mother often made it and gave me some as gifts. They always reminded me of myself, because I have so many memories of helping her make coulants and how much I enjoyed eating and preparing them. They’ve always been my favorite desserts.

Coulant de Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 chocolate bar.
- 160g of butter.
- 80g of sugar.
- 30g of flour.
- 3 eggs.
Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over low heat or in the microwave.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Add the sifted flour and mix.
- Grease the fondant molds with butter and flour or 100% Nesquik Intense and fill them with the batter, not reaching the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let stand for a few seconds, and serve immediately.
