I enjoyed eating and preparing this recipe

I have very fond memories of this dessert: my best friend’s mother often made it and gave me some as gifts. They always reminded me of myself, because I have so many memories of helping her make coulants and how much I enjoyed eating and preparing them. They’ve always been my favorite desserts.

Coulant de Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate bar.
  • 160g of butter.
  • 80g of sugar.
  • 30g of flour.
  • 3 eggs.

Elaboration

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over low heat or in the microwave.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
  4. Add the chocolate and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the sifted flour and mix.
  6. Grease the fondant molds with butter and flour or 100% Nesquik Intense and fill them with the batter, not reaching the top.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let stand for a few seconds, and serve immediately.
