Hemos elegido esta receta y Charlie y la Fábrica de Chocolate porque en una parte del libro los umpalumpas les enseñaban a hacer galletas en la sección correspondiente de las galletas.

Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients
- 85 g butter
- 85 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 150 flour
- A large pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Soften the butter a little (10 seconds in the microwave, for example).
- Add the sugar and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the egg and mix again.
- Add the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Put small spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking tray. Make sure they are spaced apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
