For this recipe I am going to use the invention of the oven.
The first ovens were invented by the Egyptians and Babylonians.
These ovens consisted of a kind of adobe lid in the shape of a bell, which allowed the food to be cooked both from above and below.
The oven was heated by a wood fire, which was consumed.
The first electric oven was invented by the Frenchman Paul Héroult in the USA in 1907.

Bizcocho de Mantequilla
Ingredients
- 180 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 160 ml milk
- 90 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
– Beat the eggs and add the sugar and mix for 2 to 5 minutes
– Add the flour and baking powder and mix, then add the salt
– Heat the milk together with the butter and mix with the rest of the mixture
– Finally we pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 min
