Príncipe Cookies Cake
Ingredients
- 1 package of cookies «Príncipe»
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 lb of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup ir sunflower oil
- 1/2 oz of yeast
- 4 oz chocolate chips
- coverture chocolate
- butter
Method of Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Crush the biscuits in a blender.
- Then add the eggs, sugar, milk, sunflower oil and yeast.
- We beat all with a blender a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mould, add chocolate chips and cook in the oven por 25 minutes.
- We must wait por cool off and cover the cake with the couverture chocolate.
