Fruit Shake and Swimming

How Are Both Topics Connected?
Swimming and a fruit shake are connected because I think they are the perfect combination. When I think in swimming immediately I think in a recipe, which is easy and healthy because after swimming you are tired and you don´t want to cook a difficult recipe.
I choose to do a fruit shake because it is a healthy recipe and for a sport in which you are very hot and you need many vitamins like swimming it is the best option.
This recipe can admit all changes that you want too, you can change the ingredients which are fruits and there are a lot of possible combinations.
