La Receta: Tiramisú

Ingredientes:

• 1 taza de Leche Condensada Azucarada 3/4 taza de agua
• 3 cucharadas de ron
• 7 cucharaditas de Café Puro Soluble
• 1 paquete (8 onzas) de queso crema, ablandado al ambiente
• 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
• 1 1/2 tazas de crema espesa para batir
• 2 cucharadas de azúcar granulado
• 1/2 libra de bizcocho, cortado en 12 rebanadas
• 2 barras (3/4 onza cada una) de Chocolate con Leche CARLOS V de NESTLÉ, ralladas

Elaboración:

1. Calienta ½ taza de la leche condensada azucarada y el agua en una olla pequeña mezclando ocasionalmente a fuego moderado hasta que hierva suavemente. Retira del fuego y añade el ron y el café mezclando rápidamente hasta que se disuelva el café. Reserva.
2. Mezcla el queso crema, la leche condensada azucarada restante y la vainilla en un tazón pequeño hasta que esté suave.
3. Bate la crema y el azúcar a punto de nieve y con una cuchara de madera incorpora suavemente y lentamente ¼ de la crema batida a la mezcla del queso crema. Incorpora el resto de la crema poco a poco a la mezcla del queso crema.
4. Cubre la base de un molde cuadrado de 8 pulgadas de tamaño con la mitad de los bizcochos y moja estos con la mitad de la mezcla de café. Cubre los bizcochos mojados con la mitad de la mezcla del queso crema. Termina por cubrir con los bizcochos restantes y mójalos con la mezcla de café restante. Cubre estos con la mezcla del queso crema restante. Refrigera durante 2 horas antes de servir. Espolvorea con el chocolate y sirve inmediatamente.
