I choose this food and this song because I like them. The pizza and de song are two juvenille things and I find the relation in this. I think that it is a good idea because it is different.

La Receta: Pizza Picante de Pavo y Piña
Ingredientes: (4 personas)
⦁ 125 gr de pechuga de pavo
⦁ 1/2 piña
⦁ 800 ml de salsa de tomate
⦁ 200 gr de mozzarela
⦁ 500 gr de piñones
⦁ Aceite de oliva virgen extra
⦁ Sal
⦁ 1 guindilla de cayena
⦁ Orégano
⦁ Perejil
Para la masa:
⦁ 350 gr de harina
⦁ 125 ml agua
⦁ 25 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
⦁ Sal
Elaboración:

1. Pon la salsa de tomate en una cazuela. Agrega la guindilla de cayena y calienta 5 minutos para que la salsa quede picante. Deja que se enfríe.
2. Para hacer la masa mezcla en un bol 300 gr de harina, el agua el aceite y una pizca de sal. Amasa bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea y compacta. Espolvorea la masa con un poco de harina y estírala hasta que quede bien fina. Cubre con ella la bandeja del horno forrada con papel de hornear.
3. Pela la piña y córtala en trocitos de bocado. Pon un chorrito de aceite en una sartén y saltéalos. Pon un chorrito de aceite en una sartén y saltéalos. Por otro lado, pon una sartén a calentar, agrega los piñones y tuéstales un poco.
4. Cubre la masa con la salsa de tomate picante. Cortar el pavo en tacos y colócalos encima. Agrega la pina salteada y la mozzarela cortada en datos. Hornéala durante 15 minutos a 200º centígrados. Sácala y espolvoréala con el orégano y los piñones tostados. Adorna con una ramita de perejil y sirve la piza picante de pavo y piña.
