Hemos elegido esta canción que nos gusta mucho a toda la familia y nos recuerda al verano así que la hemos asociado a esta receta que resulta muy veraniega y fresquita, nos recuerda a esas tardes de verano cuando ya volvemos de la playa y tenemos para cenar estos ricos tomates rellenos.
La canción se llama Summercat, y la canta un grupo sueco llamado Billie the Vision & the Dancers. Es la canción del anuncio de Estrella Damm del año 2009

La Receta: Tomates Rellenos
Ingredientes para 5 personas:
- 16 palitos de cangrejo.
- 5 huevos duros.
- 3 latas pequeñas de atún.
- 1 bote pequeño de aceitunas
- 1 bote de cebolletas en vinagre (385 gr)
- 10 tomates no muy grandes
- mahonesa
Elaboración:
- Cortar muy menudo todos los ingredientes: los palitos de cangrejo, los huevos duros, el atún, las aceitunas y las cebolletas.
- Una vez cortado todo se le añade un poco de mahonesa y se mezcla todo bien.
A continuación cortamos los tomates por la mitad y les retiramos la pulpa, que podemos guardar para hacer una salsa de tomate, una vez retirada la pulpa les ponemos un poco de sal y comenzamos a rellenar cada una de las mitades, una vez termina ya tenemos listo nuestro plato.
